承國士之重 現大家風范——著名書法家潘立新（Li-xin pan）
潘立新Li-xin pan湖南省平江縣人，在部隊自衛反擊戰中榮獲二等戰功，退伍回鄉后被平江縣評為優秀復退軍人多次。從小酷愛書畫，多次榮獲優秀獎特別喜愛毛體書法。
現為國家一級書法師、國家高級書法師、中央國家機關書法家協會會員、央廣國際新聞藝術委員會副主席，孔子美術館《中國藝壇名家工作室》、北京京華閣書畫院常務副院長、原文化部副部長潘震宙題詞“中國藝術家”、中國國禮藝術名家、中華衛視藝術風采欄目組藝術總監、中國楹聯學會書法藝術研究會會員、中國通俗文藝研究會員、中國文化藝術研究會會員、中國青年書畫家協會會員、湖南省直屬書畫家協會會員、湖南藝海書畫院理事、岳陽市書法家協會會員、長沙市天心區書畫家協會理事、中國韶山毛體藝術研究中心會員。
2016年湖南省紀念毛澤東誕生123周年三只熊杯首屆全國書畫大賽入展并榮獲優秀獎，2017年榮獲中國書畫500強《百佳人物》榮譽稱號2017中國書畫信息網簽約書畫家,2017年在第四屆中國書畫活動中特聘為中國環藝環保志愿者,作品被中央栗戰書委員長收藏。原中央組織部副部長李銳收藏,國務院原副總理吳桂賢收藏。國務院新聞辦公室主任曾建徽收藏,中華宗教總會常務理事會李峰收藏、中國韶山毛家飯店創始人湯瑞仁收藏,國際國內外友人收藏等。2018年受邀參加紀念毛澤東誕生125周年中國韶山全國毛澤東書畫作品成果展,中國第四屆環藝書畫入展榮獲一等獎,2018年中國第四屆環藝書畫入展榮獲二等獎。2019年參加民族文化宮“通者文脈”全國書畫名家邀請展。作品榮獲全國第五屆“一帶一路”中華國禮杯,書畫大展賽金獎。2020年1月18日參加第四屆國際中國公益事業大典活動榮獲“2020年度國際中國藝壇領航人物獎”。2021年攜代表作品《沁園春》在春節期間作為品牌中國行特邀藝術家霸屏高鐵站向全國人民拜年。榮譽稱號一級美術師中國國禮藝術名家國家高級書法師。

Pan Lixin, a native of Pingjiang County, Hunan Province, won the second-class combat merit in the army's self-defense and counterattack. After returning home from the army, he was rated as an excellent retired soldier by Pingjiang County for many times. I have been fond of painting and calligraphy since childhood, and I have won many awards of excellence, especially hairy calligraphy.
Currently, he is a national first-class calligrapher, a national senior Calligrapher, a member of the Calligraphers' Association of Central State Organs, and a vice chairman of the International Press and Art Committee of Central Guangzhou.
